Jeff will explain how he avoided a “vertical” worker’s compensation defense in Galue v. Clopay, and he will also discuss the status of ongoing appellate litigation over whether the Federal Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act (PSQIA) prevents med-mal plaintiffs from discovering incident reports.
